Which one of these B&B hotels are the best in Victoria, London?

I'm planning to have a short trip at London. I want to stay at a affordable bed and breakfast hotel that is close to the Victoria Station. I've found the Comfort Inn Victoria and Best Western Victoria, does anyone know which one is better? Or does any local people know if there is any other hotels in this range?
