The Windsor Lake Victoria/Hotel Lybia/whatever name has lost most of its character and while it has a big, clean pool, really has nothing else worth worrying about.

Question: really has nothing else "worth worrying about"%26lt;%26lt; Is this positive meaning or not?Help with English (The Windsor Lake Victoria...)?
It's a slightly ironic expression, in that it uses a negative idea 'worry' for something that isn't really negative.
In this sense it's not really positive or negative. It means something like 'there is nothing else worth taking any notice of'. Nothing else stands out as either good or bad. It implies that it's a dull, boring place, but at least it does have a good pool.
